Inclement weather cover

As the season for festivals and open-air concerts in Europe comes closer, I would like to remind you that statistically, inclement weather is a leading cause of cancellations of outdoor events.

You could read on NME these days about some cancellations of events on Australian territory, you can read more about that here.

It is important to point out that policies for the outdoor gigs have to be taken at least 3 weeks prior to the date of the event. It is clear that in the last couple of years, insurers are not that keen to put their capacities at their disposal for outdoor gigs and festivals, especially if the location is at the seaside. As we can read in the article, the cancellation is caused by a microburst storm resulting in "severe damage" to the concert site's staging and infrastructure.

But still, even though we are a country with a long and beautiful coast, we can still cover your events on the locations at the seaside or just next to it.

We can insure all your production costs, artist’s fee and expected profit.

We receive updates about the claims statistics from the insurers with whom we cooperate, please take a look at what is actually the most important insurance coverage you should take for your event. You can find the claims frequency and how much of all money that was paid for claims fall under individual perils here.
